Orders & shipping
Ordering, delivery, tracking, and finding a Cajo dealer.
After you place your order: what to expectHull orders flow through your dealer (who emails you with freight scheduling); accessory orders ship parcel direct from our Tennessee warehouse with tracking. Inspect everything on arrival and file the claims form if anything's wrong.Freight delivery 101Hulls ship LTL freight. Confirm liftgate, inspect before you sign the BOL, note any damage in writing before the driver leaves, and photograph everything. Damage noted at delivery is far easier to claim than damage discovered later.International shipping availabilityCajo ships internationally — for countries without a local distributor we ship direct via LCL (Less than Container Load) using a 4-step invoice flow, with average EU delivery about 50 days and a $300 USD international shipping cost.Missing rudder or steering handleIf your Terra or Outpost kit arrived without the rudder or steering handle, file the claims form with your HIN and the dealer you purchased from, and we'll get the missing parts out either direct or through the dealer, whichever is faster.Registering and titling your CajoPaddle- or pedal-only Cajos are exempt from registration in most states; add a motor and you'll usually need to register (and sometimes title), so check your state's boating agency directly.Where is my order: order status and trackingHulls ship from the dealer you bought from — contact them for tracking. Accessories and direct-from-Cajo orders ship from our warehouse — reply to your shipping confirmation or contact support with your order number. Why does the Terra 116 arrive in more than one box?The Terra 116 ships in two boxes — the hull, and a separate parts box for the drive, rudder, seat, and hardware. The Terra's open deck has no cockpit to pack parts into the way the Outposts do. Check for every box on arrival.
