Where to buy a Cajo
It depends which boat you want. The rigid hulls — Outpost 100, Outpost 128, and Terra 116 — are sold through authorized dealers in the US. The Highlander AirTrek inflatables (100, 120, 140T) ship direct from us, as do accessories like Quad Rails, the Horizon Perch, the Treklite Seat, the Traverse Pedal Drive, and the Fin Drive Adapter Kit, all parcel from our Tennessee warehouse. Start at the dealer locator, call ahead to confirm stock, and if nobody's close, two dealers ship nationwide.
How to find your nearest dealer

Inventory varies by dealer and by week — confirm they have your model (Outpost 100, Outpost 128, Terra 116, or Highlander 100/120/140T) and color on the floor. Ask about demos too — some dealers run demo days, others will let you sit in the boat in the showroom. A 5-minute call saves a 2-hour drive.
- Mention the Traverse Pedal Drive bundle. If you're adding the Traverse Pedal Drive, ask about the $300 bundle discount — it applies at any authorized dealer but doesn't always show up in a quote unless you ask.

The two nationwide shippers
If there's nothing in driving range, Eco Fishing Shop (Missouri) and Electric Surf Sports (West Palm Beach, FL) both carry full Cajo inventory year-round and freight hulls to any address in the contiguous US — same boat, same price, full warranty coverage. East of the Mississippi both have decent transit times; west coast and mountain west customers are still better off with one of these two than going without, even with a longer freight run. For Arkansas, Texas, and the Great Lakes states, Eco Fishing Shop tends to be the shorter freight origin; for coastal South Carolina and Florida, Electric Surf Sports usually is.

Florida and Louisiana are both big enough that "in-state" doesn't mean "close": anywhere north of Orlando is a haul from either FL dealer, and Lafayette is a few hours from New Orleans, Baton Rouge, or Shreveport — call ahead either way.

If you're in one of these three countries, buy local — dealers handle warranty support, demos, and freight far faster than the direct-international flow.
Countries without a dealer yet
- Australia — not yet, no confirmed timeline. Direct LCL shipping is available in the meantime; fill out the dealer application if you run a kayak shop there — it's on our priority list.
- Canada — not yet lined up for this season. Highlander inflatables (100, 120, 140T) and the Traverse Pedal Drive System can ship via our standard checkout now; rigid hulls (Outpost, Terra) use the LCL flow until a Canadian dealer is in place. If checkout errors on a Canadian address, send support a screenshot.
- EU — we're working with a new EU distributor and hope to have inventory in Spain (and broader EU) this fall, with more countries to follow. Until then we ship LCL to most EU countries (Netherlands, Latvia, Greece, Spain, France, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, and others).
Follow us on social for the announcement when any of these go live, and fill out the dealer application if you're a retailer in one of these regions — we're actively building the international network. Countries currently in active conversation: Spain (and broader EU), Canada, and Australia.
Ordering direct — what you can and can't buy from us
- Highlander AirTrek inflatables ship direct. The 100, 120 and 140T go through standard checkout at caminojourney.com — no dealer needed, in the US and to Canada.
- Accessories ship direct, parcel via FedEx from our Tennessee warehouse: Quad Rails, Horizon Perch, Treklite Seat, Traverse Pedal Drive, Fin Drive Adapter Kit. Add to cart at caminojourney.com and check out.
- Replacement parts and hardware aren't listed for browsing — message support on live chat with your model and the part, and we'll invoice you. It ships as soon as that's paid.
- Rigid hulls (Outpost, Terra) are dealer-only in the US. They're in stock and shipping now, so there's nothing to pre-order — start with a local dealer if you have one (lower freight, see the boat in person, local after-sale support), or one of the two nationwide shippers above.
- Why are the rigid hulls dealer-only? Dealers handle freight, local delivery, demos, and after-sale support better than a single-warehouse DTC model could — it's a deliberate choice, not a missing feature. The inflatables pack into a bag and ship parcel, which is why they don't need that.
- Outside the US, if there's no local distributor in your country, we ship direct via LCL — see below.
Ordering from outside the US (no local distributor)
- Create an account at caminojourney.com with your shipping address and phone number.
- Tell us what you want — kayak, drive, accessories — and we'll send a direct invoice.
- International shipping: $300 USD flat.
- We crate everything for shipping protection and ship via LCL (Less than Container Load). Average EU delivery: ~50 days. Other regions can run longer — you're paying for consolidation time at origin, ocean transit, and customs clearance, not a dedicated container.
This LCL flow covers the EU, Canada (rigid hulls only), Australia, Mexico, and Panama. It's the exception to our dealers-only model, used only where there's no local distributor — as regional coverage expands, the direct flow phases out in favor of local dealer purchases.
